The choice for most people when it comes to soy protein, whey protein, or perhaps pea protein, is typically just that, a personal choice. I believe that whey protein has so many unintended consequences on the body, as does soy, that if they were examined, and I encourage you do, most people would never consume those on a consistent basis.
Other plant sources of protein, for example pea, hemp, pumpkin, are much better choices.
If you’re looking for a predigested (meaning it by passes your liver and kidneys), and comes from non-soy legumes, reach out for more info.
