Matcha Protein Bites




1 cup of coconut flour

  • 1 cup of almond flour

  • 1/2 cup Matcha Protein

  • 2 TBSP cup coconut oil

  • 2 TBSP Maple Syrup (or healthy alternative)

  • 10-15 pitted dates

  • Cacao nibs

Instructions

  • Mix in a food processor or by hand until it forms a paste-like consistency. Roll into balls with Matcha protein. Refrigerate in the fridge for 2-4 hours for best results.
